Breakfast in Royal Heritage Haveli

Facade/entrance in Royal Heritage Haveli
The RHH is a very beautiful hotel. It is very green, has nice open spaces and is well taken care of. It is a beautiful oriental style and classical hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, the bed of my room was very comfortable. It had everything I needed and even more. I was greeted with a friendly face and a welcome drink. In the hotelroom sweet treats were waiting for me. The pool of the hotel is spacious as well and lit up beautifully in the evening. I also enjoyed a massage at the spa for 60 minutes. I had a very pleasant experience! One of the best massages I ever had. Then the employees are lovely, very friendly and very very helpful. I had some issues with my Air India flight and also needed help with my onward journey. The hotel managers were very very helpful with that which made my overall India travelexperience much better! The restaurant serves high quality food. The included breakfast was very tasty, with a lot to choose from. The dinner was as well very good, the best butter chicken, friend rice and garlic naan I had in India! The hotel area is very calm, which helped me regain energy from exploring the busy streets of Jaipur. Thanks a lot to RHH for this exceptional and unforgettable stay I had at your facility! I'm a female solo traveller from Aistria (living in the NL).

We spent a lovely week at Royal Heritage Haveli in two large, adjoining rooms which were nicely decorated and comfy. Itโ€™s a well-appointed property. The pool area was very comfortable & clean. The spa is located right next door to the pool. We also enjoyed some relaxing Ayurvedic massages. Instead of a breakfast buffet, there was a breakfast menu to order from with daily changing selection. We also took our dinner at the Haveli. The food was usually very good and the service was excellent. The staff was very attentive, always took time to answer our questions (even made a full Jaipur tourist itinerary for us) and generally took pains to make our stay very comfortable. There is some renovation work going on at the Hotel at the moment, but since there was neither any noise nor inconvenience, this did not disturb us at all. At the time of booking we did not pay attention to the fact that the Haveli is not located in the touristic centre of town which meant that we spent about 45 to 60 min traveling to Bani Park (we usually booked an Uber for the full day). However, since everyone at the Haveli made us feel very welcome and we really enjoyed our time there, we would actually return there on a second visit and accept the added travel time again simply because it was such a great place.

Daniela

We enjoyed staying at this little "oasis amongst the chaos" so much that, when we were forced to change our plans, we returned for a second visit. We chose a lower category of room the second time but were equally impressed with the decor and attention to detail. The staff are always polite, friendly, and helpful without seeming too obsequious or subservient, which is refreshing. The pool is just as refreshing and just large enough to swim laps rather than just being a "splash" pool. The gardens add to the relaxing atmosphere and seemed always full of an assortment of wild birdlife, adding to the " oasis" feeling. We both indulged in a treatment at the spa, which offers ayurvedic and other treatments to help relax and unwind. The kitchen has a comprehensive array of Indian and Western food, although we only ate Indian and found it superb to our Western palate! Of our 6 stops in India, this was our stand-out experience!

Simon

Staff were excellent and very accommodating - we felt at home after a long day travelling. We had an error with our booking (Booking.com fault) that RHH resolved within just a couple of minutes. Customer service was much better than any other place we stayed on our trip to India. Rooms were large and actually look much nicer than in the images. The grounds are extremely well maintained and the environment is super quiet and relaxing. The food was very nice, but it is a bit expensive considering the location. It was a great experience, nothing bad to say really. Would totally recommend this type of hotel over a modern style hotel if you want to experience something interesting and different, and authentic and unique to India.

From the moment we entered the gates, it was like being taken to an oasis. The property itself is stunning, you feel like a royal guest when greeted by the incredibly attentive staff. Every moment was a joy, from the Auyverdic treatments we had daily, the ambience of lounging by the pool, to the delicious food at the on site restaurant. The rooms were like something you could only dream of, incredibly decorated and extremely comfortable. The hotel was so nice, that it was tempting to stay there all day and not set foot out of the grounds.
